: What a mess. I secured a stay through booking for my fiancé who works out of town. The first night they called me to tell me he left his ID at checking, the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me not to book through booking.com anymore because they take a commission from the hotel. Which is a personal problem for the hotel. I book through this website so I can earn perks. If you don’t want a website taking commission from advertising your business, don’t have your business on this website. A few days later I receive a frantic call from the lady at the front desk explaining to me that my fiancé needed to call her immediately if he was staying in room 210. She just kept repeating over and over for him to call her. Not telling me what’s going. She then stated “oh your fiancé is in room 213!” Realizing she had dialed the wrong number. She then started to tell me that the people that stay in room 210 were smoking inside the hotel and she knows they are because they have cameras. Idk how you would know if someone was smoking in a room via camera unless you have cameras inside a hotel room. And you shouldn’t be telling strangers on the phone what your other guest are doing. : Location : Bugs in the room, and in the restroom. Weird dark stain by the bed. Had a bug crawling on me when i woke up. Place needs a serious cleaning. There were used towels by the door when we arrived. Neighbors were noisy at 3am. Had to check bed for bed bugs from prior reviews. Would not waste the money for a night here as this place is very unclean and the staff wanted us to cancel through Booking.com to save them $10. Cheap for the money, but if you want somewhere cleaner, spend the extra money at another hotel.

: Pilot gas across the street : 1. Dead cockroaches in bathroom. Leftover hair stuck on walls in bathroom. Extremely tiny fridge.2. King -smoking Room I booked a week ahead was rented out. Clerk was inept at finding available replacement rooms in an almost vacant motel and told me he didn't have any more smoking rooms. I also asked to be put on the quiet side away from I-95 and he wouldn't do it.3. Horrible check-in experience and due to it being late and me being tired, I had to accept the poor treatment and grab any room offered.4. I'll add photos when I return home next week.

: It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. : The web page says "free continental breakfast," but the office was locked and no breakfast at all was provided. Since this place is outside of town in a rural area, there was no place to get breakfast. Also, the website said "Pets below 50 pounds are $10.00 per pet. Pets exceeding 50 pounds are $25.00 per pet," but she charged me $20 for my small dog--even after I told her the weight.

: Close to our event. Reasonable price. : The owner is prejudice and very rude. She yells at you with basic responses. She is very defensive when you ask her basic questions. You are not able to enter the hotel only use of a side window. No mention of where breakfast, wifi services or basic information you normally receive from hotels about your stay. We arrived 1 hour early and was told no rooms available and could morning check in...as we walked the premise noticed several rooms available...she would not allow us to check in...on the morning of our check out...at 9am...owner had cleaning staff cleaning room next to my for a Caucasian couple to check in...we asked did yall pay extra to check in....they said no...we just asked could we check in early as we arrived ahead of our schedule...The keys auto reset each day at 11am...during your stay which is annoying but what makes it bad is that you go to the window ...ring bell ...the owner comes when she feels like it....both days of our 3 day trip we waited 15 minutes at the before she would come to window....then she would say "what".The rooms are in bad condition ...carpet, curtains, walls, ceilings, beds, wallsThis hotel needs to be shut down for renovations and deep clean...the cleaning staff appears to be an older couple who only makes beds, vacuum and take out teash...in watching them clean a room.The staff is the worse.... and if you pay thru a 3rd party like booking.com and they(peachtree) have not went into the system to pull room bookings...they tell you...you have no reservation and make you pay...even if you have confirmation of reservation and payment thru booking....and she tells you...you must get refunded from booking...

: Location was within 5 minutes of our eventPricing was reasonable : The owner is prejudice and very rude. This place needs major improvements and deep cleaning. See my previous review. We will be returning I'm 2024 but will not stay at this hotel....we would rather pay more, travel farther than to deal with the prejudice owner.If the owner was not prejudice and rude we would stay at her location but the treatment is a no go.

: Nothing : It was dirty it was noisy they must rent to people to live there. I had people hanging out side the door half the night They advertised free breakfast that was a lye. The office is locked up. Only a drop box. Booking.Com should be ashamed to list this place. Do not stay here
